1. Sister
 Ida Thomas Bradshaw b. Oct. 11, 1887; d. Sept.3, 1960. Married Forest Miller. They were the parents of 4 children.

 

 

2. Sister
 Della Ree Bradshaw was born 6-20-1889 and died 10-4-1903, cause of death pneumonia. She was a daughter of John A and Kittie Porter Bradshaw.

 

 

3. Sister
 Alta Lyn Bradshaw was born Jan 26,1891, died May3,1987. she was married July 25, 1913 to Doyle Roe Patterson born July 10,1892 and died Sept 1,1973. They were the parents of Eugene born and died May 10,1914, Kenneth born and died March 28,1915.  According to Gramma's records, another infant son was born and died Jan. 19,1916, then Wayne and yet another in 1927.

  The Grayson County Cemeteries Volume 1 shows the first 2 as recorded here but the others are different. Infant son of Doyle and Alta Bradshaw Patterson  1-19-1923 and another 1-17-1930.  I dont know which is right, nor do I see that it matters.   Phillip Wayne Patterson was born Sept. 30,1924. Married ,1945, Doris Young, divorced, no issue. Married  Aug 8,1951 Mildred Hatfield born Aug 6,1932.

   You might be interested in this story about Wayne's birth, which I heard as a young girl. Seems Grandma Kittie was present and when the baby was delivered, the still body was lain aside and Dr went on to care for the mother. Grandma Kittie quickly prepared 2 containers of water one hot and one cold. She took the tiny, still form and dipped it into one and then the other of the containers of water until she shocked it into breathing; and that tiny form became the Wayne that we know.

5. Brother
George Ellis Bradshaw was born Nov. 5,1895 and died Oct. 2 1973. He married Aug.13,1918, Flora L. (Dolly) Shain born  Aug. 10,1895 and died May 23,1975.

They were the parents of 4 children: Walter Leonard born Nov. 9,1919 and died Sept. 5 1920. John Ellis was born Aug. 10,1921 and died Jan. 24, 1995. Married Myrtle Taylor born April 22,1919.   Mary Ann Bradshaw was born Oct. 17,1923,  Married Aug 3 1945, Denver Hoover born Sept 1919.  Edward Scott was born Feb.8 1934    married  April 24,1954 Joan Lanham         

 

6. Sister
 Mary Bradshaw b. 8-16-1897   d. 4-11-1971 m. 8-9-1916 Charles William Spurrier b.1-1-1894  d. 11-2-1972. They were the parents of 3 children, all of whom died at birth.

 James Bradshaw Spurrier b&d 7-18-1917,  Charles William Spurrier b&d 6-29-1919, and Bernadine Louise Spurrier b&d Summer of 1923. We don't know just when they got a foster child called Billy. For some unknown reason he was returned and they later got Buford Jones, who married Kodell Evans.

It is interesting to note that Aunt Mary was the only child, of her family, who didn't have a double name.

 Fannie Lucretia Bradshaw was born 11-11-1899 and died 3-26-1908

8. Sister
Ruby Ann Bradshaw b. 12-19-1901  d. 5-28-1984   m. 3-9-1922 Court Young White b.6-10-1896 d.   -  - Their children are:

 Aline Bradshaw White b. 4-8-1926    married in Dec 1950, Rev John Gilmore. Five children were born to this union

 Court Young White Jr b.  6-25-1927 married  8-27-1948 Laura Lee Turner b.  5-6-1928.  They are the parents of 2 children

 

 

9. Brother
Aden Carlos Bradshaw was born 6-8-1903 and died 5-2-1905
